Vaqueros Texas Bar-B-Q is more than just a BBQ joint —we’re a full-service catering company with over 37 years of experience bringing our unique Texas style and classic Bar-B-Q to the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Whether you choose delivery or one of our full-service catering, experiences, we’ll make sure every detail is handled with attention to detail.. Our dedicated Event Coordinator will work with you to create an unforgettable Bar-B-Q experience, so you can relax and enjoy your Special Event to the fullest.

    With a background in production catering, we bring a unique style to your private party or special event.

    With our full service set up you can expect:  Interaction with an onsite Pitmaster who will slice and serve all meats from the block to your plate.  Vaqueros Catering crew will serve your guests hot sides directly from Cast iron dutch ovens atop wood skirted buffet tables. Western décor will round out the vibe.

    Optional  services include entertainment  & décor packages, bartending, Margarita & Paloma stations and Live Fire cooking.

    $2,500 food and beverage minimum. Sunday - Thursday

    $3,500 food and beverage minimum. Friday & Saturday

    Enjoy our Texas Bar-B-Q  delivered to You. Our buffet-style delivery set up includes disposable trays, plates, utensils, and the option for chafing kits. 

    Add margarita and paloma quarts to round out your order

    $750 food minimum Monday– Thursday

    $1250 food minimum on Friday-Sunday

    Delivery rates vary by location.

    Choose your menu and choose your pick up time then come straight to our pick up window to grab your  BBQ & Tacos to go. You can even add Quarts of Margaritas and Palomas to your order!
